Some say we died but we're not sure

||              ||

There are remnant images

That remind

Ancient Poets

That love was once here

( ripped off bras and *******
In ****** gutters

Millions of uncared -for children everywhere )

"""""

OUR LOVE !!

Masked people carrying weird flags

And banners

Exalting unknown factions and sides

( many are just robots )

We

THE PEOPLE !

( we )

A scattered song

Of broken promises

Unseeing eyes

And

The inevitably glorified pain !

••

Some truly alive people  remain

||

Who knows how long they may be here
