Forfeit Days
She will be there.
To cut the string that ties all her fingers
to all my guts
With that katana on the wall, or
A blade like Nordic ice, or
the very last beat of my heart.
Standing over.
These forfeited days dressed so strange
In my last breath.
Show the world, and be the victor
Of my death.
