I lost a girl, who thought nothing of herself
She was a catch that i let slip away
Slowly and surely, she picked herself up
From where i left her to stay
Grew impatient of my delinquent ways
Sailed off to find a new place
Saying, "what a waste"
But i thought it had let me grow
Of course, from being let go
Because learning from this, has furthermore changed my low
Into something so right i never thought it was wrong
To loose something so special
And come out free, independent
I knew loosing her was more than an agreement
