Nonsense

Why do I care so much,

When I feel as though I've moved on?

I've found someone better,

Someone who will give me the time of day.

But why do I care,

Why do I try?

Love and be loved,

I love and get nothing.

Not an ounce,

Not a drop.

I'm better off alone,

Forever alone
