Glimpse of Heaven

You say I've never seen an angel? Well I say that I've seen you. I cannot say enough about the girl who made me new. My heart was hung up, strangled, hardly breathing, turning blue Until you came into my life and understood me, through and through. You're my saving grace and I owe you my whole life. I came from freezing winter rain into your arms, warm and dry. I know that I'm not perfect, but I sure as hell will try, And I'll stay with you forever; I'll be yours and you'll be mine.
