I remember the day I said good-bye,

and all I could do was cry.

I remember when I said good-bye,

and I stood by and watched you die.

I remember when I watched you die,

and all I could do is cry and cry,

I felt when your dying and leaving me

by myself and on that day you died so did I.

Will you please wait for me and watch me from above, I miss you so and to let you go took so much out of me,

my life meant so little as I watched you slip away from this life and all I could do is cry.
