You could have been their world
The pillars that held the fabric
Of their complete reality.
The sun, the sky, the stars,
the moon and the oxygen
that coexists to form their world.

You could have been one person's world,
The person who claimed to have loved you
But when their eyes shut, their lights close
and they venture into practise for death, sleep.
They may wake up in the morning
never wanting you in their lives
and never wanting anything to do with you,
But understand this
...
It's not always your fault, and that's okay.
