I Wait
I wait for love's chance
to come beside me and dance
I wait for a love of a woman
who can come and move my world
Someone who can hold my hand
to always be there and understand
to be proud enough to call me her man
I wait for that one kiss
the one she says she has missed
when I walk through the door
that shakes the souls core
I wait for her some more
the one I been looking for
that is like none before
that comes in like a desert storms swirl
and brings me to the floor
