Gazing into the night sky
Mourning the death
Of a dear friend
Feeling empty at
Best
I can hear her voice of
Our last encounter
It was of an Angel
Her smile could brighten
The darkest
Of
Days
Her spirit was pure
And her intentions
Meant well
Her last few months
Were harsh
But even still
She persevered
And kept going
Death never seems to
Wait
But is always on
Time
Her body was tired
And I know she was
Ready to be with
The lord
As much as everyone who loves
Her wishes she was
Still here
We all know she is in
A better place
With no more
Pain and
Suffering
Words cant describe how much you will
Be missed
And you will live on
In all our hearts
My neighbor and dear friend passed away early this morning. This poem is in her honor and memory. Rest in Peace my Angel.
