Rains falls on the ground
Heavy with the weight of sorrow
It's all I see as I look around
Although, I will be gone tomorrow

Endless regret covers this earth
A colorless grey surrounds my vision
Why, why have I no worth?
Did I really make such a poor decision?

This rain, will eventually swallow us all
Our sins, devoured after our fall
Perhaps, the tide may grow high
And with it, carry us to the sky
