I remember, when I was a young child
I remember, when I was so wild
I remember pulling out the 8-track’s tape
I remember using it to make a shape
I remember looking up at my dad
I remember him being so mad
I remember what I had to do
I remember wishing I was old enough to sue
I remember the punch in the face
I remember screaming all over the place
I remember- no wait, that wasn’t me
