A song of broken heart
On an island
in the middle of desert nowhere
nothing but your hand
can reach me
Trees here
they never bloom with leaves
dead as love
that once was new
Endless rivers
veins of purple blood lead
to me but I’m broken
broken heart
For the boy
I was beating in and
the girl I was beating for
split apart
Clouds over
bring the saddest song
of dancing rain
of heavenly light
Thousand miles
to every sides
there’s only sand and ash
and dust
Yesterday
and all the days before
couldn’t prepare me
for what is now
Silently
I watched him cry
O I would heal myself
but I don’t know how
Thousand miles
to every side
there’s only me dying
and no signs of life
Tomorrow
and all the days after
seem empty and grey
without her love
