Oh but not too little
For that wouldn't be enough
And yet not too much
Lest we end up with more than enough

Such a thin line

So I find myself tiptoeing
And still,
Ending up on the wrong side
Too little when I try
Too much when I don't

I try too little
I trip too much
Don't pray quite as I'd like
Yet trust too much
Never quite in between

It's like enough cast me away
Decided to have nought to do with me
For enough I just don't do
