this flickering heart
                    has been carved out
and framed

as light
              
              it beats                         
                 alongside winks of other lights
from otherwheres
where otherhearts too
                       are pictured there

           eat me
      
   ingest
   mine
      
filet of scarlight
for yours
       truly

   in these
darker times
                            so that you may see more
