Shining
Feel beauty inside

White feathers all around me
Seen pairs of magpies
Many times

It makes me smile
Knowing
Its nature
It is feeling me
Protected by angels
And feeling pure joy

So light I feel,
Breathing in
The bright white light that surrounds me
Pushing the negative
Out
In and out
I go
Slow
Feeling and being

I feel the light cocooning me,
Protecting me
Lighting me
Allowing me
To be me.

So calm,
An inner kind of calm
Anxiety has decreased
Ceased
