Moonlit Walk
Onward through the darkest night,
at last there appears some light.
To look up and see with wondrous eyes,
a glowing moon up in the skies.
A light to guide me through the gloom,
and watch the evening flowers bloom.
The walk began to clear my head,
now the thoughts I start to tread.
A day is filled with want and need,
the night is of a different breed.
Absolve the stress of hours past,
this moonlit walk will always last.
