Until the end, I've waited.
I waited for your word, for your presence--
I have waited for you.

But you forgot.
Or perhaps, you didn't bother to remember.

And so I gave away my time and effort to someone who, I believe, deserves it better than you do.

But even then, I was waiting for you.
And forgive me, but I might still stand here
And wait for you,
Until who-knows when.
