Mar 2016
You collected the debris of my world
As my fingers sat and twirled
Watching rocks after rocks being hurled
I watched you rebuild my world.

You picked up every unturned stone
Formed peace in my battle zone
Kept notes and pitches all to tone
And never once left me alone.

Till now…
Somehow…
As stage is set and you bow
You left me alone to scoure

I guess my world was rebuilt
And you had to form new guilts
Laying bricks after bricks which tilt
And roses planted that all wilt…

When you left me alone…
But it was in this loneliness
That I found what you’ve shown
Love can even be found in mess…

You’re tired of the endeavour
yet I love you now and forever…
