Troubles surround and storms rage
around us
Filling our lives with a feeling of fear
Faith is like a stronghold of goodness
Bringing us to the throne of God's mercy
Promising hope for a future with God
Forgiveness and mercy transcend the storms
That come in the darkest of nights to hold
There is joy and there is peace with the faith
To walk righteously in the light of our Savior's
Promise and hope for love from the Lord
Walking in faith, walking where He touches
Our lives with faith to rejoice
Constantly with peace in our souls before Him
Walking throughout the storms that prevail
Walking with  peace and joy in the Lord
Walking, rejoicing, praising the Lord
