Oh, I have searched.
And oh how I have searched
for one such as you my dear love.
Oh, the struggles, and the pain, and the heartache
and how there is no creature
upon the whole earth
for which I have felt
such passionate burning love.
Oh, a ragging fire burns within me!
Oh, holy angel of my desire.
Oh, my angel sent down from heaven
how you make me burn in my desire.
Oh, the fire that burns within!
Oh, the eternal love I feel!
How can I tell?!
Oh, how can I find the words?!
No hear has ever beat for a mortal woman
as mine has for you.
I embrace you
and gaze into your eyes.
They seem to shine
as through my passion I see you.
Oh, they seem to shine  through my love
as the finest transparent gold
that paves the streets of heaven so sweet.
I burn for you. Oh, I burn for you!
I feel I shall burst asunder!
Oh, my heart seems to say,
"Oh, how wrong! Oh, how wrong!
that I should  forbidden
to express this fiery love
a passion that shall melt my very bones!
Oh, angel! Oh, angel! Oh, my sweet angel!!
A passion! A love!  Beyond the power of my tongue to express.
Oh, I am insane! Oh, my love for you.
Oh, how it has made me insane!
All my life and all my being
I lay at your feet
for I am dead without you.
Oh, my sweet sacred love
my sweet angel
how I long to live with you forever
my dear love
or I shall die this cold and cruel death
without you dear love.
