My heart feels one thing
My mind thinks another
My mouth utters something else
My body speaks a foreign tounge

That which I mean to say, I do not
I do that which I wish not
My words contradict my intention
A constant warring within me

I err in my expression
And end up hurting you
Which then hurts me
Making our world sad and blue

Only if my heart would speak
Or bare open for you to see
The purity of intentions within
Unadulterated by my disruptive tounge
