Dec 2011
A difficult woman, most people would say.
Stubborn and headstrong,
clearly uncommon clay..
Thick as a mule
Steadfast in her ways
When she went on the warpath
even atheists  prayed
A heart good and faithful
A rock in the storm.
She could drown out the choir
She was never lukewarm.
Her several grand daughters
are  of the same mind
My daughter's just like her
I've been paid back in kind.
