I had a dream last night
I dreamt of man, face foreign to me

As soon as I saw him

From a far he finally looked at my direction
Face etched with confusion
Maybe he was thinking
Why was I looking?
Touched his face to see if there’s dirt
I winked at him and now he thinks that I’m a flirt
He scrunched his nose and I laughed at his cuteness
He’s so cute and I can’t get enough of him to madness

He approached me and asked
Why was I looking?
Can’t I look at my future king?
Is what I said
Seems like his ego was fed

Since then we started a conversation
That seems to have no direction
Random things we talked about
Feelings begin to sprout
He is the one I have no doubt

Hours had passed that we’re together
We’ve fallen hard for each other
Felt the bliss
Wants a kiss
But before our lips meet
My teeth, I grit
Coz’ everything around me started to flicker
This is just a dream and that’s a sole reminder
I wasn’t informed to prepare
Now I cry for despair
I looked at you in the eye
