The rich get richer
The poor get poorer
When will this insanity end
Why do we even bother
Why try and make it better
Why cant we all be one, one together

Wars rage, governments fall
The tree of Liberty is bleeding for us all
I wish to free this world from corruption
But we are we blind to the truth
We crave destruction

I still hope through my fears
Praying one day there be no more tears
Waiting for that day we will all know peace
Corruption will end and wars will cease
We will stand together as one
On that day there be no more need to run

We all bleed the same blood
You can deny it all you will
but we all share the same thought
We can create heaven on earth
If we'd only appreciate its worth
