Enthralling orbs somehow made me forget,
Excruciating pain that made my heart sting.
For a teeny moment, unsure gleam spring
'Tis illusions made me realize thy regret.
Wishing on a star for just a short minuet
Reminiscing the past, got me thinking
If only you tried, we'll still be hurting
And continue this malignant sonnet?

Yes or no, answers in syncopation
Game to be played or not, thee can't depart
Beginning 'til end, emotions constrain
Lies beneath those eyes showing allusion
Truth, slowly reveals, but can't tell apart,
Yet, I learned, your love, something can't attain.
