Summer nights alone,
breeze blowing through my hair.
Just me and my boat,
and the cool ocean air.

But being alone,
is not always nice.
I'd love to love someone,
before I die.

But I find myself alone,
sailing the sea.
And I am living a life,
were I'm not satisfied,
with the summer breeze.

All I need is you,
we'll sail the ocean blue.
Just you and me,
out on the sea,
there's no where else,
I would rather be.

So I took my boat,
down to find some mermaids.
But had no luck,
my love began to fade.

So I turned around,
cursed myself some more.
Arrived back at the docks,
to find you waiting on the shore.

Now I wasn't alone,
sailing the sea.
And I am living a life,
where I am satisfied,
with the summer breeze.

All I needed was you,
lets sail the ocean blue.
Just you and me,
out on the sea,
there's no where else,
I would rather be,
than with you.
