Don't give yourself to someone, who won't really care about
Your value or even your worth, who won't be home at night
Or work during the day, curse you out and  demean and treat you
Like dirt, your current bad condition, doesn't define who you really are
You may not be looking now, but an earthly prince will come and seek
You out, and treat you like the queen that you are
Love will prepare a place for you at the table
To dry each and every tear, when before misery hung your head in doubt
When at times low self- esteem threw upper cuts to knock
Your confidence out, when you grew dizzy from looking high low
Everywhere, love brought you out of the place
Of old dead memories, and you clearly heard its voice indeed
When love called you out
