It defines you
The pen and paper that create the story of your life
Controlling every simple movement that you make
Without its approval, you do nothing
It is your master
And you its slave
It confines you
Closes in on you, inch by inch by inch
Crushing you
Collapsing in on you
Squeezing the life out of you
Cramming death into you
With every second you lose more of yourself
Say “goodbye” to yourself
Maybe you should just let go of yourself
After all, you’re killing yourself
Or at least what’s left of yourself
Your mind is a scary place…
You don’t want to get stuck there
