Depression doesn't go away in a night Not even a month or two months. Yeah, I may be feeling better on some days But I'm not all the way there.

But you know what the worst part is? You don't even notice. You don't even listen when I tell you. You don't even try to understand.
Depression and anxiety are both major illnesses. Don't push or pressure those you love. Try to understand and help and let them tell you when they're ready to move forward. There is no timeline, each person moves forward in their own time and their own way.
