Tree of Life?
Hatred is old
A creaky, broken tree
Green while roots take hold
Set this new hatred free
Roots push dirt away
Slipping deeper in anger
Strangling themselves astray
This tree's death now sure
Roots run out of water
Bark now cracking & dry
Make rain from this slaughter
Red water falls from the sky
This deadly tree ***** up life
Always thirsty for more
It gives you all but a knife
To feed this tree with gore
