Poems
Nov 2011
Morning Rehab.
Open the window once again,
and let the morning in.
Last night seeps through my body like a disease.
I need the cold breeze.
And the hot coffee
And the leftover cigarette,
lone veteran of the night.
Now I wipe the sleep from my eye, because.
Today will be alright.
