A pearl was hidden in her heart,
Gossips told them she is fussy.
But the truth lies beneath her
shimmering eyes
Like the melting ice caps on the North.

Many tried to please the maiden.
Some succeeded, some did not.
The beauty that her smile makes
Was astonishing -- distinct.
Like the sun rising in the East.

The crowd considers her as "Pleased"
Each time a soul would witness her,
Her enchanting face that settles the storm
Inside a man's thoughts
Like a sun that would rest on the west.

The truth of her well-being
Lies on the deepest part of her.
Those who are honored can see it,
The truth that every soul seeks for.
Like the priceless diamonds on the south.
