Long ago, some one once wrote," There is no sacrefice to great for a
Chance at immortality'',I wish thatΒ Β this great thought was mine, but
It isn't,and whether your favorite poet might be Phillis Wheatly,Paul
Lawrence Dunbar,Maya Angelou,Langston Hughes,like they are mine
In a lonely place, in communities all over the world, their is a poet
Capturing on a blank piece of paper,  as a willing servant  and scribe
A poem, which is in,and of itself,an uplifting of the spirit, mind, soul
Which is the very reason, the poem came to you,in the first place
Poetry demands to be heard, and its story told at all times, in all places
So poet, keep on being inspired, and inspire others with your muse
While in your lonely place, and always know within, that there is
No sacrefice  to great for a chance at immortality
