One time when I was young and in school, I was taught the golden rule. Do unto others as you would have done to you. Live and let live, this lesson was very true. Then I grew up and found it was all a lie. The golden rule is different when you are grown up. The lesson that I learned at work is not what they taught me in school, it is now who ever has the gold makes the rules. So perhaps we should all begin again. Let's start with ourselves and perhaps the lesson will spread. Stop hoarding up wealth and let's return to what we were taught in school. Treat others as we would like to be treated, let that be the golden rule.
