My Humble Regards

And it was just too much For either one of us to bare. We searched our minds With hands held out to share The wisdom we held inside. I cry out for just one more Minute to keep us here. I wanted all the knowledge in the world, And so did you, I hear, From the passerby's on the street below. It's become just another rendition Of your favorite song. Wreathing in and out of the chorus Through the melody you've longed To help you keep on. I ask too much of you Once again, with hope that you'll bare With me, through my time of weakness. Please sing out and please, dear, share That for which you ask for in return.
