As I have grown to understand

Most everything can be fixed with
      a little duct tape and minimal effort while

               r
              s

          never fade to those
                scarred by time; unforgiving
   are the years that forbid such

                     (memory lapses)
      to look upon

  unblemished skin and see
                
              
                   ******        wreckage
            
                                                 since faded to
                                                              ­white ribbons like smoke
