anger is a lot less
romantic
than love

but still the fire
burns,
a bourbon furnace
of guilt and
feeling I'm
not good
enough-
a raging
furnace fed
by love

sitting alone
and hating
that
I'm not
everything you
need
because I didn't know
I needed love
until
I learned I needed
you
