Air crisp
              Plants show

River swift
Crushing as I stamp
Boots pushing on Earth
Mud holds tightly
Ripping from Nature
Her grip now *broken

Stumbling in awe
Mother Nature's beauty
Blinding & killer
Lost in this place
                                                              Trees push me
                         Slip silently into the flow
*Riding these rapids
