You are incapable of taking of your own advice
A hypocrite,
Crawled of a long-nurtured,
disfigured shell
It hid you well,
from eyes that stung with venomous disapproval

You say be calm but you would wail
You say don't worry, heart racing to the ends of the earth and back
You say you are fine yet happiness eludes you

Yet to these hurting souls
You lend soothing words
Wise but yet foolish counsel
Now you are  all burnt out
You can no longer go on in this hypocrisy‎
You are incapable of taking your own advice.‎
