Fate's Humor
Thorn bush
Orange and fire
Red
Sits pretty
And
Still with a
Fall snow
Her hair falls on
Her right shoulder
She has fallen in love
Yet she does not
Feel the sweetness of it
Yet
Across
From
Her
Stands a man and
His dog
The dog fetches a stick
The man
Did not throw
They glance at each other
Through a fate
Neither will admit
To believe in
Stubborn men
Stubborn women
Stubborn people
Who run from
Fates unconditional love
