A Poem of loss and love.


I can't go on without you

I have tried these many  years

All I can do is cry now

because I don't want to live

There is no real reason for me to live on

You are not here with me

But somehow, someway I know it

you are watching over me

I think of us when you were here

how happy we were

and now there is no happiness for me

My heart broken,

My Spirit gone

I have no fight left in me

I only have one request to ask the

Lord and that is that he takes me.

I ask the Lord to take me and when I

see you again the promise Land.

All these tears will turn to happiness and joy

that we are together once again
