I forget.

She likes cars.

I forget that she likes me.

She laughs.

I forget the feeling of sadness.

We kiss.

I forget the world outside of us exists.

Her hand is wrapped in my hair.

I forget that we are two separate people.

We break away and she smiles.

My heart forgets to beat.

She loves me.

I forget that I love her, too.
