Alchemy
Am I seeing things differently?
I see the slice of life past by me
Like copper turned to gold instantly
The magic of mixtures in alchemy
Am I bestowed with visions?
With no one seeβs. Intuition?
Creepy⦠but I sense death, predictions?
It failed to amuse me. Abstraction!
My vision flies in depths
Cling onto oceans like death
Drowned, chasing breaths
Waking up soak in sweat upon my bed.
People screams and I listen
No comprehension, they are forgotten
Cannot count the numbers with my bare hands
How much more in desert sands
Difference in both of us
But I can tell who they might be
This might be a trick, thus
This is the magic in alchemy.
