The globes shattered
Into the floor
Like pieces of the earth
Our earth, see
I tried to put them back together
But the bass was too loud
Erupting the satellites
Igniting thoughts between
Brainwaves
Not like the numbness
That's been happening in my throat
When I think of her
Sitting on your bed
It's hard to swallow
There's this familiar
Ache in my chest
And it feels like yesterday
When you let go of my hand
