Aug 2015
gray whispering breaths brush against the shore
the salty sand shifts under bare feet
the seagulls streaking to the flared pink sky
as the water push and pull, frothy tongues
tracing a marble mirror on the bank of white sea corals

gently, the clouds surge across
and the foot prints trail to yonder
sea ***** shuffle like roaming rubies
and the salty air sweeps away all gone sour
tonight, we will feast on this magnificence
before the beauty in us all expires
