Fire Woman
I swear it was real
I swear it got colder
She touched my face
And then got bolder
She silhouetted around me slowly
And stopped and whispered in my ear
"I am here to help you, Jonah
There is no need to fear."
You'll be okay
I promise you that
You think you're alone
But there's your friend Matt
Then she burst into flames
In front of my eyes
And laughed a wicked laugh
Picking up some ties
"Please don't hurt me!"
This isn't real.
"Oh but I am, Jonah
So try not to steal
All of the fun
From out of my hands."
And she was there behind me
Wrapping me in bands.
