Dark street
Silence creeps
Only light
Full moon bright

Buzzing crickets
Sing their song
Dying old tree
Won't stay long

Telephone booth
Across the road
Awaits the call
From the lover abroad

Rocket wind
Whistles anger
Eating everything
To turn stronger

Night progresses
Marching in
darkness thickens
and silence wins
