I found myself at the top of a tree
With no higher branches to surmount
And no way down
Except by letting go, and falling free
If only I'd stayed on the ground.

I found a treasure at the bottom of the sea
With no deeper waters to explore
And no way up
Except by letting it go, and rising free
If only I'd stayed on the shore.
