A series of motions

Oh you know
I'm just going
Through the motions

I eat, and work out
And walk around
In Parks

And down random streets

And what a beautiful
Black and white cat
I saw today

I saw it cross the street
And sit on the lawn

And I saw the children
With suburban moms
At the park

Their children
Have futures
As debt slaves
And that's no future
At all

And they'll just keep
Pumping out kids
3 or 4 to a family

You know
That's really not
A good idea...

Don't you get it?
They don't have
A future here
In this country

And as I drove
I saw her licensed plate
That read

Alumni
From USC

Why should anyone care
Where you went to college?

And the computer
Is such a good friend
Is it your friend too?

I read articles
And listen to
Documentaries
On youtube

Because I am always
Alone

Who knew that the computer
Would replace people
For the young American?

Soo isolated I am
And there is a stigma
With loneliness

Well, I'm lonely
And I ain't ashamed
To say it
