I swoon and sigh as he passed by,
*** my friend said,
You like the new guy,
No I don't,
I said dreamily.

I hate him! I hate him!
He never notices me,
Just then, he walked up to her,
She couldn't believe her eyes,
He asked her out, then said their goodbyes.

Meow! Her friend teased with a look on her face,
Those three seconds were a total waste,
Why? Why did he not like my stares?
No, he only did it as a dare.
